This class is designed for both beginner and advanced gymnasts to build confidence, strength, and coordination. Each session begins with a group warm-up and stretch before rotating through the vault, bars, low beam, and floor exercises. Students will learn proper techniques and terminology, working on skill connections, building power, and developing a strong mind-muscle connection. This class is a supportive environment where gymnasts can grow and challenge themselves.

Perfect for boys with little to no gymnastics experience, these classes offer a fun yet challenging introduction to gymnastics. Students will work on the single bar, parallel bars, floor exercises, vault, rings, and mushroom. We also incorporate conditioning and flexibility to build muscle and reduce injury risk. This class lays a solid foundation, helping boys improve balance, strength, and self-confidence while learning proper techniques and terminology.

Designed for boys and girls focusing solely on floor skills, this class covers basics like forward and back somersaults, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, and front and back walkovers. With practice, students can progress to advanced skills, including aerial cartwheels, front and back handsprings, and more.
