Expectations for Students and

Parents During Observations

We warmly welcome parents and siblings to observe classes from our designated viewing area. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

General Observations

  • Limited Seating: Please limit the number of observers due to limited seating.

  • Restricted Access: Only staff and students are permitted in the training areas, except for Busy Bee parents, who must accompany their child. Under no circumstances are siblings allowed on the floor or use the equipment.
  • Distraction-Free Environment: Parents are encouraged to refrain from speaking to their child during class, as it can distract the instructor and other students.

Photography and Videos

  • You may take photos and videos, but please do not include other students or staff unless you have their permission.

  • Do not post images or videos of other children without parental consent.

Noise and Conduct

  • Keep noise to a minimum in the viewing area; no food, gum, or drinks are allowed in the training area.

  • Encourage your child to focus on instruction; drink breaks will be announced by the instructor.

Class Attendance and Make-Up Policy

  • If a child misses a class, they may make it up in another class at their level if space allows; tuition will not be refunded, and classes are on a monthly payment system.

  • In the event of school closures due to inclement weather, classes will also be canceled.

Arrival and Departure

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early and pick up promptly after class. Students are required to wait inside for safety.

Class Attire

  • Girls: Leotards, form-fitting shorts, and shirts that cover the stomach. No skirts, tutus, or tights covering the feet. Hair should be pulled back.

  • Boys: Shorts or lightweight workout pants with a tucked-in t-shirt.

  • All gymnasts must be barefoot on the equipment. Dangle earrings and necklaces are not permitted; stub earrings are acceptable.

  • If you have multiple children attending, a separate waiver form is required for each child.

Communication

  • Please notify us if your child is ill or cannot attend class.

Thank you for your cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all our gymnasts!

Safety Precautions

  • There is heavy equipment in the garage and a gas tank present on the premises. As a precaution, students are not permitted to play outside the building
